I am writing to inform you that, due to an unexpected issue with the school’s water supply, we are having to close the school for the remainder of the day. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritise the safety and well-being of our students.
Students will need to be collected from school from 11.20 am. We have encouraged students to contact parents and carers directly if they have the means to do so.
If you are happy for your child to walk home on their own, we will need your permission. Please reply to this message on synergy if you give permission to walk home on their own. For any child who cannot be collected, rest assured that they will remain with us at school and will be looked after until arrangements can be made for their collection. Students who normally travel by minibus will have this transport home.
We will do our very best to take any messages from parents and carers regarding pickup or transportation. However, given the circumstances, we kindly ask for your patience as we manage communications.
